Does someone answer the phone?
No. Missed Call Rescue sends a text when a call goes unanswered; it does not answer live. The reply lands in your business inbox so you can follow up when your hands are free. Choose Answered + Booked if you also want calls answered and approved appointments booked.
Does this include the text-back plan?
Yes. Answered + Booked includes everything in Missed Call Rescue, including the first-call-only texting rule, business inbox, number ownership, carrier registration and monthly rescue log. You are choosing the fuller phone service rather than buying two unrelated plans. The written install plan sets out how the routes work together.
Will it sound like a robot?
You can preview a library voice or choose your own cloned voice. Either way, it says it is an assistant in the first breath. The point is to help a caller reach a useful next step without pretending they spoke to you personally. Try the demo line and judge it yourself.
What does a website build cost?
Website Build & Redesign starts at $750, with a $49 monthly care plan. The final build price depends on the scope agreed with Paul before work starts. Bring your existing site and the services you want to sell so the written proposal can describe the actual work.
What does Reputation & Review Management cost?
The standard one-location service is $197 per month plus $497 setup and includes up to 30 public review responses per month. Multi-location and higher-volume accounts receive a written scope.
How long is the fit call?
The fit call is 30 minutes, by phone or Google Meet. Bring your own call counts and job figures. You leave with a one-page number and a proposed first step. Pre-install calculations are Estimates; the verified day-30 log is where actual outcomes are reviewed.
